Maria's Oven Sea Bream with Breadcrumbs

After the indulgence of the festive season, we tend to turn to lighter, fresher dishes to start the year. Maria’s baked sea bream is just the kind of meal we’d recommend — delicate fbream, soft potatoes and onions, and her crunchy garlic-parsley topping. With a few cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of rosemary, it’s full fresh flavours of the Italian coast and mountains, so you can trick yourself into thinking it’s the summer already. Maria has winter ready to the thaw on the plate, keeping a lot of her summery ingredients in the freezer for freshness; and so she can whip it up any time a hungry guest (often her son) arrives unannounced.
