Andrea’s Sausages in Red Wine

While we were on the road with the team, camera man Andrea chatted to us about one of his favourite recipes (Salsiccia al Vino Rosso) which he told us is super easy to create. As it's meat, vegetables and wine, he said it was 'diet friendly' and suggested a side dish of an extra glass of wine! Make sure you get a good quality Italian sausage with lots of flavour. And, we recommend serving with polenta or some bread to mop up that delicious sauce.
