Pina’s Mother’s Rice Pudding

Pina’s mother loved fresh milk and with cows always on hand on the farm, it was never a problem finding it! Not only did she like to drink it but she loved using it in desserts. This is her recipe for a specific ‘riso al latte’ – an Italian version of rice pudding, made with Arborio rice. Pina was given this recipe by her Mamma and now and now has kindly passed it on to us too.
